Here at the UP Blog, we’re delighted to announce that we’ve reached our 200th blog post (yep, the one you’re reading right now!)!
Time really does fly when you’re having fun and we hope you all enjoy reading our blogs as much as we enjoy writing them! From skills shortages and sheep dipping, transferable behaviours and psychometric tools to Harry Potter, The Muppets and Mary Berry – we’ve discussed it all!

The essence of the UP Blog is that it is a blog about people, for people, and written by our people …without wanting to sound too much like the Gettysburg address!
