We describe our approach to business as “Informal Professionalism”.  That means we take our work seriously, but have fun and enjoy what we do.  We believe we have a unique culture and atmosphere in our business, in line with best practice Human Resource Management.  We practice what we preach when it comes to managing our own people.  As a result we have extremely talented people, a low staff turnover, high morale, an excellent team spirit and we truly enjoy working with each other.

Our people philosophy is very simple, we:

  • Train and develop people in line with their own and our business needs
